As a Residential Realtor® since 2014, I'm constantly updating my knowledge and skills to ensure I offer you the best possible advice.
Having received training in the components of eco-friendly homes, the actions required for a sustainable renovation, the features of the eco-housing market, and much more through the specialized program offered by ÉcoHabitation, and obtained their ECO+ badge, I can assist with the sale and purchase of ecological, healthy and sustainable housing.
Buying and selling condominiums, is, in several respects, more complex than the sale or purchase of a house. My accreditation from CondoLégal obtained in 2014 attests to my in-depth understanding of the laws and regulations surrounding condominiums. I also keep abreast of developments in condo law to provide you with accurate advice during real estate transactions involving condos, to ensure that your interests are adequately protected.
After graduating with a B.Sc. from Concordia U. (Montreal), my entrepreneurial nature brought me to work in Boston for a year. Later, as a Partner/Sales Director for an IT Consultancy in Paris, I played a major role in the company’s growth. Following this period, I moved to London (UK) and established my own Change Facilitation consultancy.
This experience sharpened my negotiation skills, gave me a unique appreciation for different cultures, and deepened my love of architecture, design, and sustainability. It also made me uniquely positioned to assist with relocation needs. Having returned to Montreal after 21 years abroad, the natural move for me was Real Estate - where I'm able to bring all these skills to bear for your benefit.

Courtier immobilier résidentiel® depuis 2014, je mets constamment à jour mes connaissances et mes compétences afin de vous offrir les meilleurs conseils possibles.
Ayant suivi une formation spécialisée et obtenu le badge ECO+ d'ÉcoHabitaion, je peux aider à la vente et à l'achat de logements écologiques, sains et durables, et fournir des conseils sur les améliorations écologiques de l'habitat.
L'achat et la vente de condominiums sont, à plusieurs égards, plus complexes que la vente ou l'achat d'une maison. Mon accréditation de CondoLégal, obtenue en 2014, témoigne de ma connaissance approfondie des lois et règlements entourant la copropriété. Je me tiens également au courant des développements en matière de droit de la copropriété afin de vous conseiller adéquatement lors de transactions immobilières impliquant des condos, et ce, dans le but de protéger adéquatement vos intérêts.
Après avoir obtenu un B.Sc. à l'Université Concordia (Montréal), mon esprit entrepreneurial m'a amené à travailler à Boston pendant un an. Plus tard, en tant que partenaire/directeur commercial d'une société de conseil en informatique à Paris, j'ai joué un rôle majeur dans la croissance de l'entreprise. Après cette période, j'ai déménagé à Londres (Royaume-Uni) pour créer ma propre Société de Conseil en Facilitation du Changement.
Cette expérience a aiguisé mes compétences en matière de négociation, m'a donné une appréciation unique des différentes cultures, et a approfondi mon amour de l'architecture, du design et de la durabilité. Elle m'a également permis de me positionner de manière unique pour répondre aux besoins de personnes ayant besoin de se relocaliser. De retour à Montréal après 21 ans passés à l'étranger, je me suis naturellement tournée vers l'immobilier, où je peux mettre toutes ces compétences à votre service.
